Day Before Christmas Break

Today we could do whatever we wanted as long as we stayed in the room. There was a movie playing, there was trivia we could do, or whatever else we wanted to do.

Job Searching

Right now I'm looking for a job for the I'm Outta Here assignment. I'm finding it very difficult to find something that lists the price, is part time, something that I would meet the requirements for, and something that I would want to do. I'll keep on searching. Hopefully I will find one soon.

Excel Tutorials

I finished my last excel tutorial, and I'm really glad I did all of them. I found them to be very useful. Now I'm working on the first excel assignment. Right now I'm in the process of looking for a job, and Mandy is going to be my roomate.

Excel Tutorials

I completed two more of the excel tutorials today. I only have one more to go and then I can move on with my assignments. I actually really like doing these tutorials; I'm learning how to do more things and understand the program better.

Cover Letter & Excel

Today I e-mailed my cover letter, so now I am done with that. After I did that, I moved on to the excel assignments. Right now I'm working on completing the tutorials so I can understand the program better.

Cover Letter

Today I worked on my cover letter. I put it on both google accounts and zoho. Therefore, all that's left for me to do is send my original copy. After I do that I'm finished with all my word assignments and I can move on to the excel ones.

Cover Letter

Today I worked on my cover letter. I got all the writing finished, but I should check it over once more, just to make sure that I'm happy with it. After I got the writing finished I was going to write it again using a google account, because that's what we were supposed to do. However, it let me on once and then the next time it said I needed to verify my e-mail address. Therefore, I'm hoping if I leave it for a day it will let me on the next time. Also, we watched a couple videos on new techonology. They were both very interesting.

Columns - Exercise 2 & Cover Letter

Today I finished the 2nd exercise on columns and I sent that along with the 1st exercise. Then, I started working on the letter. It's going pretty well so far. Although, I'm stumped on what business to "apply" to. That's what I worked on today.

Columns - Exercise 2

I worked on the exercise 2 for columns. I'm pretty much finished. I just want to do one more check over and then I can go on to the next project. That's what I worked on today.

Columns - Exercise 2

Today I worked on the 2nd exercise for columns. I'm getting close to being finished, but I need to do some editing yet. All is going pretty well. That's what I worked on today.

Exercise #3 and Columns

Today I finished my exercise #3 and I got it e-mailed too. Then, I worked on and completed my first exercise with columns. That went very well. After that, I started working on the second exercise with columns. I think it'll take me a couple of classes to complete it because there are a lot of extra things to add, and I'll have to really think about what to write.

Exercise #3

I worked on exercise #3 again. I had a bit of difficulties, but I was able to keep on working on it. I'm almost finished; I just need to check it over one more time and send it. That's what I did today in BTA.

Exercise #3

I started off class by checking over and e-mailing exercises #1 and #2. I forgot that we were supposed to wait and send all three exercise together. Sorry. I'll try not to do that again. Then, I continued working on exercise #3. I didn't finish. I need to get some information from home before I can complete my table. So, that's what I worked on today.

Check Over

I went over most of the projects I have already done, and finally e-mailed them. So far, I've sent the advertisement, the SVRSS welcome flyer, as well as letters 1 and 2. It's taking a long time to do because I'm checking them over to make sure I did everything properly.

Exercise #3

At the start of class I worked on exercise #2 again. I'm almost finished, but there are just a few things I'm uncertain about that I need to get help on. Therefore, I went on to exercise #3. I'm about mid-way through. I was having trouble coming up with ideas to write today, so hopefully the next class I'll be able to come up with more. That's what I did today in BTA.

Tables

Today I worked on making exercise #1 for tables. I finished that one, so I moved on to exercise #2 for tables. I'm almost finished that one as well. I just need to insert a picture and make sure I did everything else on it correctly. That's what I did today in BTA.

Letters

I finished my 2nd letter. The one that I wrote to Justin Bieber. I just need to look it over and make sure I didn't make any silly mistakes. Then, I started working on the 3rd letter. We have to write to a store manager telling her about our car stereo that doesn't work. I finished this letter. I just have to look this one over too. That's what I did today in BTA.

Letter to a Celebrity

Today in BTA, I worked on making a letter to Justin Bieber. I'm trying to convince him to give me an autographed picture of himself. I just need to find his fan mail address. So, I'll have to work on finding that. That's what I did today in BTA.

Letter #1

Today in BTA I finished letter #1. We had to create a letter using a contemporary template. It all went pretty good. That's what I did in BTA today.

SVRSS Flyer

I worked and finished my SVRSS flyer assignment today. It took me awhile though because my computer froze. So, I had to redo some stuff, but it all worked out. Then, I was going to start the contemporary letter. However, I couldn't find the right template, so hopefully I'll be able to figure that out next class. That's what I did today in BTA.

Word Projects

I finally got my flowchart all saved, and finished!!

The only problem was that the left side was pushed in a lot because there was no more room on the page. After I saved it, I started working on a travel agency advertisement. I got that all finished, so now I'm working on a SVRSS Welcome Night Flyer.

Just ignore the last post I posted. It was not ment to go on my BTA Blog, but rather on my math blog. I guess that's one of the disadvantages of having more than one blog.

Analytic Geometry(Continued)

First of all, in math, we did mental math. Unfortunately, today was not my best day, and one of the reasons it wasn't so good is because I don't really understand what we're learning right now. We're learning about ways to find the distance between points. We continued the notes from yesterday, and now I understand how to do the notes from yesterday, but I don't really understand what we did today. I did ask somebody else to show me, and it made a bit more sense. However, I still don't fully understand it.

Flowchart (Continued)

Today I finished my Flowchart!! I just have to post it on my blog, which I'll most likely do on Friday, and e-mail it to my teacher. However, in order to do that I have to figure out how to save it properly, which I'll probably have to get help with.

I continued to work on my flow chart today. I'm getting closer to being finished; I just have a bit more writing to put in. That's what I worked on today in BTA.

In BTA today, I worked on making a flow chart on gliffy. It's going pretty good. I still need to learn more about how to use the program in order to fully complete my chart. I'm about a quarter of the way finished. That's what I did in BTA today.

Presentations

Today in BTA we finished the presentations where people talk about a piece of technology. Now, the presentations are over, so we have about 15 minutes left of class to work on our projects. I'm going to work on adding more to my protopage, since now I'm finished writing a post on my blog.

First Day on BTA Blog

So, today in BTA I finished working on my protopage. Then, I tried to figure out the bloglines website...I'm still working on that. Since, I was kind of confused and I couldn't do much more on it I decided to go onto my next project, which was to make a BTA blog on blogger. That leads me to where I am now..writing my first blog entry on Blogger.
